Donna, this may be better in another thread, but I'm wondering how helpful you've found the PVAA certification (I was browsing your website!)? I'm also offering author's assistance as well as ghostwriting and other va services. Has the PVAA certification helped you land additional clients?
I know some "certifications" aren't really anything more than an opportunity for someone to make money off someone else, and I want to make sure it's worth my time, effort and (especially!) money before I pursue it.
