Default Do YOU Have a VA?
I am really starting to think that I need a VA. I still have a full time job and sometimes get bogged down with the administrative parts of running my business. The client work is handled, but the organizational structure aspects of my business could be a little tighter. I don't have the time.

So do YOU have a VA?

Great question Tamika, I'm curious what everyone else might have to say on this

I don't have a single, specifically contracted VA on my books but I do sub out some types of work to a very few trusted colleagues as needed.

I don't have the need for one at this time. Hopefully in the near future I will though.

Hi Tamika,

I work with three other VAs and I have rencently hire a virtual company, who is handling a good chunck of my sales and marketing needs. So far things have been going good and I am relieved to be able to hand-off some of that stuff. I would be more than happy to provide you with their information (they are a husband and wife team). Their rate is very competitive and they have good follow through!

Doreen, please do.. I'll PM you as well.. I feel like my own marketing is lacking..I want someone who can concentrate on SEO, perhaps help with my newsletter and blogging. I've been compiling a list of areas where I would need the most help. Most areas are around keeping track of prospects and or warm leads -- happily these are coming in regularly, but I don't want to lose them. I know that I would need to be the one to make the calls but I need the reminders. I also want to dig into real estate again and need some help jumpstarting that, and I also have another plan up my sleeve. I guess thats what happens when you dream big.

I have a person who handles my books and one who takes calls when I can't get them. I prefer to do the "creative" and "fun" stuff and leave the other stuff to them.

Great post! I will need the assistance of those who specialize in webdesign and accounting. I acutually posted on this topic today. How does the contract and payout work when you collaborate with other VA's?

Re: Do YOU Have a VA?
Wow, it is so refreshing to see that a few of you are very busy that you need your own VA... that is wonderful! It never even occured to me that a VA would use another VA for their own needs. Great idea!

I love to see others succeed - way to go!

I'm a newbie here and I am really enjoying reading through these posts. I just keep learning more and more!
