Default New York City VAs?
Being new to the VA industry it'd be nice to meet other VA's located in the NYC area. Perhaps we could all meet up at some point over coffee and network?

Hi Paulette I'm not in NY but wanted to make sure you'd seen the social groups for Upstate New York Virtual Assistants and the general New York Virtual Assistants. I don't know how active the groups/boards are, but it's another good way to track down VAs in your area.

Thanks Tess. I joined the NY VA group but it doesn't seem to be getting much action. Although I did email one of the other group members so maybe we can set up a meeting date.

Good, glad to hear you joined up! Those social groups need strong leaders to keep them active - maybe you should put in for the job?

Group moderator status can be transferred to another member if for any reason the current group admin is unable to manage the group. If it's not an active group and you want to take it over you can contact the Admin and they'll help you set it up.

Hello Paulette;

I did get your email, but I am studying for my P.I. License and I do read my emails when I am not studying my penal law book..... Check your email you'll see my response. Happy New Year to you all on the forum
