Are there any VAs in the Charlotte area? I'm just wondering if there are any VA groups that support each other in this area.

I live near I 40 about 35 miles outside of Wilmington, NC. S, I guess it is you and me.

Hi - I also live in NC, tho 3 hours from Charlotte. But I've noticed that there really are quite a few VAs in this state - a lot more than you'd think from a short google search. They don't all call themselves VAs, but they do administrative work from home offices. Check out citysearch kinds of sites, or the Charlotte yellow pages.
But even tho there are probably more than you think, it's still not that many! We should enjoy the well-kept secret while we can(!) as I'm sure there will be many more sharing the market in the near future.

I agree

The small town that I live in, if it is not chickens, pigs, or turkeys then you are out of the running. I am in the middle of everything and far away from everybody. If I want to go to the store and buy supplies then I have to go to Wilmington or drive 98 miles to Raleigh, good thing I like to drive. But I do miss the big city life, public transportation
