Hi Sheila, Two VAs that I am familiar with come to mind; Laurie Mapp of Halo Secretarial is from Spruce Grove and Jill Martin of of Martin Management is from St. Albert. I don't think either are members of this forum, but the CVAC website has a good listing by province that can be of help. Surprisingly, there are areas out here that do not even have access to high speed internet; I know many people who, if they have computers, use dial-up. The lack of VAs here, then, isn't such a surprise to me. For now, I haven't begun marketing to the local businesses because in this particular area, the concept is very foreign.
