So I couldn't sleep I just joined!

I have picked out a name for my business and will start the ball rolling today by getting my ABN number organised.

lol, that's funny. I get like that about things I'm excited about too. At the moment I want to work out how to set up a site to sell photos from, so am doing the research. I'm going away for June to Canada (Virtual Assistant conference and holiday) so realistically I should wait till I get back home to set it up. But I'm thinking I'll probably have got it started before I go away.

Set your goals and keep focussed on them - you never know where they will lead to - other than your goals!

I'm a little confused about how many posts you need to reply to RFP's. I know that some are 50...are there other ways to see who is looking for a virtual assistant. I have no issue with the posts as they have been very helpful but I'm not sure how to navigate this site very well. Any advice?

Thanks Julie and Shellye. And of course time has moved on since then. I celebrate 16 years in business next month (24 March) and I've now launched a VA Coaching Club as well. Oh, and I'm organising a VA Conference in Australia also taking place next month - exciting times!

There are also online conferences Shellye so check out OIVAC.com as there is one coming up in May I believe.
