I especially appreciate your take on "weaknesses" as these only being "an opportunity for learning/developing new skills". I would have to agree. No one is beyond learning something new. I was only thinking maybe it is a little late to comment on this thread and then I saw your up to date twitter about the 40 aftershocks in Melbourne! I noticed a strange noise - so did my puppy - it sounded like a truck, or helicopter, or someone shaking the house (which is impossible of course). Thanks again for your food for thought! Michele
