This is a great interview. I got a lot out of it. The bit about not being able to help somebody else organize their business if you can't organize your own got a laugh out of me, though, because I've always been WAY better at organizing things for other people than for myself. I'm working on it, though.

I think keeping business items organized is always a challenge. I've learned that you don't have to be perfect at it. Just good enough to keep your business going and your clients' business as well.
