Thanks for the great tips.

I now know how to monitor my hours and it will surely help monitor my work.

Before, I thought that there must be some kind of a program to be developed for that one.

Never heard of myhours.com i have been keep tracking of my hours via excel and submitting a customized timesheet. This is awesome and its free to use myhours.com

appreciated this interview. Bette said:My favourite thing is being creative and resourceful and then sharing those resources with my clients. I would have to say the least favourite is bookkeeping and collecting from clients.
These are things I do very well. The collection took me awhile to get the hang of (this was in a manufacturing realm). the practice that got me the furthest, was #1 don't take it personally. #2 don't humilate #3 be yourself. I know it sounds simple, but when I figured that out collections weren't so hard to do. I even got a better collection rate.
