Hi Vicki first I just want to say that I feel it's *very* important for a VA to understand and be able to articulate the terms of her own contract.
My best suggestion is to post back here with the section you're talking about and the questions your client has - you're much more likely to get feedback if we can see the content in question.
I ned help in understanding this in my contract form -Work Product Ownership Client owns the rights to all data and information include the works. Vicki virtual offices owns the right to all designs created excluding Company logos. Need a better understanding what that means. Clarify.
