I am in the process of putting together an agreement (contract) to sub for another VA on some of her projects (personal and clients). Since I am fairly new to being a VA (although I have many years of experience outside of this), I have spent the majority of my time getting my website up and running and haven't spent the time on the contracts/agreements that I will need. So, when this opportunity to sub for another VA came about, I didn't have a sub agreement in place. I didn't see anything like this in the document library - or perhaps I missed it.

What all should be included in my subcontracting agreement?

Normally the VA who is subbing out the work will write the agreement...things like their policies and procedures, no compete clause, and the pay. I supposed yours could be what yall agreed on and add it that you will not contact her clients directly, unless she asks you to and about what the nature is...stuff like that.

Thanks ladies! I do have a sub-agreement with another VA company and she provided the agreement, but since my contractor VA wants this sub VA to proffer one, that's what I'm going to do. Also, she already has projects for me to do, which is so great. Plus, this is giving me practice at putting contracts together.

Back to work on the agreement!
