Default Services list in VA/ Client agreement?
Does anyone include a list of services as part of the actual VA/Client agreement? I was thinking it may be a good idea to make a list for the client to check the items/tasks he/she is interested in. I figure it would be more helpful than brainstorming each time. Please include sample lists if you have available.

Thanks!

In the actual service agreement I list only those services the client is seeking to contract.

If you have gotten to the point of sending the client agreement, the services typically are already decided before the agreement is signed.

The client consultation will also tell you what services the client is seeking. From there, I list those in the service agreement. There is no brainstorming.

I believe it is always good to personalize the service agreement.

You might want to create a consultation form which lists your services which the client can check off and then transfer those services to the agreement.

You can make the service agreement amendable to your own business practices but I think that customizing the document gives details that might be missed in a check-off format.

I only list the services they are interested in retaining.

I create a "scope-of-work" which outlines the duties and responsibilities that have been agreed upon between myself and client. I also inlcude timelines, if appropriate. The scope-of-work is incorporated into the contract.
