As I want to be completely prepared when getting a client and having all paperwork that I need ready, what are the Contracts and Agreements that are absolutely a necessity ? I have the confidentiality agreement already. Also, in the VA's welcome kit a lot of you mention a client questionnaire, could someone tell me what that consists of? Any suggestions are very much welcomed for this here newbie !
I have a client info sheet that consists of client name, address, email addresses, and phone numbers, birthdates, anniversaries, and other important dates. It also asks questions about the services needed and forms of communication most used.
You can also go to the document library, where you will find a client pre-consult questionnaire of which you can add to or delete some information as well as make it fit your business.
