Shelley,

I really hope this works out well for you. You seem to have done your homework in the presentation--you are letting them know how the work can get done, and how much money you can save them. Sounds like a win-win situation to me. Please let us know how it goes.

Still waiting to get some type of response... No news is NOT good news! LOL. They've posted the Houston job on Monster soooooo I guess that might mean they're not looking at this as an option.

Would it be appropriate for you to call, to follow up?

I'm not sure about calling to follow-up. I almost want to apply for the Houston job offer and see what they say!!

I completely understand your frustration. They need to think "outside the box"

If they could give you some feedback, it would give you the opportunity to address any concerns they may have. You might consider following up by e-mail, just to open the lines of communication, again?

Working off-site is definitely the future of business.

I thought your letter was excellent! I hope you get some feedback from them even if they aren't considering your offer right now. It's great that you had the confidence to send them the offer! Great job and good luck!
