Thanks for all of the great suggestions. I knew I had an idea of basic forms needed, but this gives me one more to consider.

Thanks

Oh, I love this list, and resources. I haven't ever thought of a Methods of Delivery. I've always verbalized it, but I can see how it is a safeguard as well.

It's a general or detailed list of questions you might give your client. Could be anything from contact details to how they do business etc. I am sure others can answer in more detail. I am working on mine right now. I myself would love to see some examples others might have.

Actually, I think this would be a great topic all on it's own. I'm going to try searching for that specific phrase now...

This was really great information! I am currently working on my welcome packet and there are defiantly things I need to add. I figure as I go I'll just take things out that I'm not using or realize aren't that important.

This thread was very helpful! I just had a prospect contact me and noted she did not see a place to submit an RFP - glad she made the point - I don't have one! LOL

I am going to search a bit more and see if I can't find one - but what do you suggest using on your site to have prospects submit an RFP?

I was thinking about using Google Documents? But what information shall I ask for?

Thanks in advance,
Brandy

I obtained a ridiculous truck load of trojan viruses from the site and am still trying to clean it up. My suggestion is to take a peek at the form if it is created by another user and then try to create something like it on your own. Or make sure you have a very good virus detector before downloading anything!

Good luck!
Thanks for the tip Justcat. Good to know about the viruses.

I love all the information here!! I love to make my own forms using sample ideas! I once created the lease agreement for the Property Management Company I worked for. It ended up being about 8 pages long when I got through with it. Can't wait to be able to get into the document library!!
