I bought the "set" of forms which includes the contract and client profile sheet (my client info form), it also has some other good forms with it. They are all very good and well worth the money, and they are all editable so you can tweak them, add your logo, etc. Everything you need for $30.

Sometimes I'm overwhelmed by all the info available on this forum. All good. You've all got me to thinking and thinking and thinking again. And I think I finally have a decent business name. I'm excited!

This is where I am at right now...I am panicking about if I have all the forms my client will need....look at all the threads that has the word "form" in it and still up at 2 a.m. trying to make sure I have everything.

Thanks Rebecka for just saying those few words...I can relax. I have a contract, a payment policy, and a way to track the clients, so I should take a sigh of relief for just a moment.

So thanks....

It's nice to know which forms are most needed in the beginning. It can be overwhelming when you are trying to have everything in place before you launch!

I have been working on this too and have modified some things i have used before and created a couple new ones. I'm just waiting till I hit 50 posts so I can get a look at the famed Document Library! I might be real chatty here in the next little bit!

This is all such great information in this thread. I haven't got to the point of thinking about forms yet, but that point is not far away so all this will come in very handy for me real soon.

I echo how helpful all this information is. I would have never thought there would be so many various forms. It looks like I am going to be starting backwards, I might have my first client who knows I've never done VA work before, but was an Exec. Asst. It will be awhile before I can get into the forms here, so I have been searching the net for something good, since I need it asap. Thanks for all your great suggestions!

I use a client form, Proposal, Client Agreement, Timesheet, Invoice, Receipt of Payment. I really keep it simple. I use other forms as needed but these forms are my core basics. Also I suggest the document library!
