Contract Questions I started a Good News thread in the Brags section about ten days ago. I thought it prudent to ask my contract questions in this area :-)) The client was fine with the language of the proposal. Should I just do a cut and paste of that language? Why reinvent the wheel? Or am I way off base? Should I include a figure for mileage? What's the going rate these days? Also, I'm going to review some already created contract templates today for further ideas. Thank you.

Why try to fix something that isn't broken? As for your mileage, you can figure it into your overall set price or calculate it seperately, the numbers are the same. Don't stress it! Business people understand that you have to spend money to make money and it is a part of doing business.
