You'll find that many on the forum are reluctant to approve a contract for somebody else because of the legal implications. The templates give you an idea of the clauses to include but perhaps you should refer to a lawyer to read over your contract for you and make sure it is in keeping with local law. __________________ Sabrina L. I agree with Sabrina, your best option is a lawyer. It is an investment but I think it's one of the best investments you can make in your business.
