I just read the forum on this and it sounds really great. I have yet to check it out as I bookmark all the sites I have found on here and then go back and look at them. There was a question asked if both parties had to be signed up to use this service and unless I missed the answer I did not find it. Thanks!

No both parties don't have to be signed up to use the service. I use the service exclusively for all of my contracts and my clients love the ease of use with the service.

I recently used Fast Due and found it to be a great resource and free depending on the usage.

I know a lot of folks here love EchoSign, but I prefer DocuSign so far. For one thing, I like how it uses a PDF of my document, showing my colorful header that I have on all of my documents. In EchoSign, my document looked like a bad black and white copy (I mean really bad)-- you couldn't even tell what my logo was. There was another issue with the signature lines and my client had problems signing the contract on her end. I might be the only one with these issues, though, so don't let my problems effect your decision.
