I haven't had a lawyer look at my paperwork but I work for clients within a very tight network - referrals of referrals, etc. and I don't work with clients outside that set - that lends me some peace of mind, I guess, in terms of their responsibility to me as a service provider (I'm thinking in terms of payment here as there aren't really any other issues I'm too concerned about.)
If there is something in your contract, etc. that is intended to protect you as a service provider - more than a standard late payment policy, etc. - perhaps about errors and omissions or similar, then it might be a good idea to have a lawyer offer some feedback.
