I have been reading a lot of the contract posts and I am wondering if contracts vary depending on which country you are in? Can I in canada use the same contract that someone in the US uses? I've seen contracts from Canadian VA's and they were pretty similar to the one I have. The only difference is that in some jurisdiction, they omit or add some clauses to their contracts. But in substance, they are pretty much the same.
