I always thought that was a good idea, because it reinforced the issue when there was a special need. I am currently curious about the Confidentiality Agreements. Since my new client is a staffing agency, I am going to use a separate confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement especially since I just realized that my service agreement did not have the confidentiality clause in it and it has already been signed by both parties.
