I have been working on my contract agreement for a while now, I am going to need it soon! I have been looking at so many examples out on the internet, reading a lot from other suggestions of "must haves" and here reading all the contract posts... can someone to tell me if I am missing something that they have found to be important?!

Here are my sections of the contract, I dont want it to be some uber formal agreement and it's not really but in the same token I just want to be sure I am covered...
