Time Tracking???
I need help trying to find a good, multi use, time tracking system. Does anyone have any suggestions? How do you track your billable time?
Thanks,
Kirsten

Re: Time Tracking???
Hi Kirsten,
Please see post I have only played around with it briefly but I think this will help. The system is called Paymo Incremental hourly billing
I hope this helps!

Re: Time Tracking???
Hi Kirsten,
Time tracking is a topic that has been covered here at VAF quite extensively. In fact, the 'Search The Forums' tool is really quite handy and can give you a comprehensive listing of just about any term you search under.
Some of the threads discussing time tracking can be read here and here and here.
Good luck!

Re: Time Tracking???
Hello Kristen,
I use http://www.paymo.biz it is free for up to 3 users. I open an account for each client and keep them separate by doing so. This allows me to add sub-contractors under each clients account.
Good luck in your research,
Andrea

Definitely Paymo! Provides a handy desktop client so you don't have to be logged in to their website too.

Re: Time Tracking???
Is there any other free time tracking resource? for some reason I find Paymo hard to use.

Re: Time Tracking???
I've recently started using Paymo and LOVE it so far. I find it easier to use than other programs I've tried.

Re: Time Tracking???
I use www.myhours.com. It's really simple and easy to use. I've also recently heard of another one called ClockingIt.

Re: Time Tracking???
I use Paymo as well (And Andrea, that's a GREAT idea, I think I'll do that too) but I've also used and like Freshbooks. I think you're going to have to do your own research and find the one that suits your style the most.
