Neat little tool I found - Virtual Assistant Forums

I'm a productivity forms and planner junkie. I love 'em, and I'm always searching for that perfect tool to help me focus and get organized.

Last night, I came across a set of printable forms called the Printable CEO at http://davidseah.com Fell in love with them.

And then I found a little flash based timing and tracking tool that is based on the forms at:

There's also a link on that page to download the timer/tracker to work as a standalone, offline module.

I love it. You can set it so that it chimes every 15 minutes, because that's how the time is tracked, in 15 minutes chunks. You can type in your tasks, and then when the timer goes off, fill in the bubble for whatever tasks you were working on at the time. You can even print it off for off-computer use.

I started using it this morning, and it's kind of humbling to see how much time I waste, and how un-focused I can be! This'll be great for keeping my hummingbird mind on focus.
