Scam Warning - Todd Mayer - London

Hello VAs!

I received an email from a Todd Mayer in London on Sunday and was very excited about his proposition for 2 months worth of work at 30 hours a week. His client, Mary Morgan, needed a VA. Everything he said sounded rational and it was only tonight (Tuesday), when I was drafting the bid, did I really attempt to verify his address.

Thanks for the heads up Abby :) We were actually having a conversation about this very email this morning. Looks like he got you too...

This guy has some seriously bad karma coming his way.

Networked world has its own perils, and VA community needs to remain in close contact with each other to ensure that not more than one VA on this forum gets affected.
