I use quickbooks and love it. It incorporates all your business needs in one package and is very flexible.

I use timetracker through quickbooks for a client, but use a spreadsheet to track time for the rest of my clients. I use the timer from time tracker and just enter the time in my spreadsheet with a note as to services performed. It seems to work well and everyone is happy with the results.

I exported the report from MyHours into Excel, edited what I didn't want the client to see (exact time of day worked) and attached as a PDF to my invoice.

Very efficient software which I discovered from this great forum!
Thanks, Kim! This info is helpful! Much appreciated.
