I'm curious as to how many hours most of you average per week?

I'm in the office about 40 hours a week. I have approximately 20-30 billable hours a week.

My goal is to work 10 billable hours a week. Of course there are the non-billable hours that you do to keep your business moving forward or prep work. But, yes, my initial goal is 10 billable hours weekly.

I'm just starting and don't have any clients yet, so it is good to hear that you can bill 30 hours a week. That gives me hope I can make a living doing this.

I average about 50 hours a week and of them about 30 are billable.

I work a 9-5 so 40 there, plus about 10 hours/week on Goddess (8 billable) so I guess I'm up to about 50/week and get paid for 48 of them.

To get to my comfort zone my goal is at least 30 hours per week of billable work. Seems about standard. I can survive on that and still maintain an order to my life before having to outsource work myself.

I work most of the time (I can't stay away from the darn computer), but bill between 30-35 hours per week.

I work approximately 60-70 hours per week (yes, I know I am obsessive) sometimes more. But then again, I bill out only 35-40 hours a week.

WHAAAATTT???? Yes, it is true but I am building a team to outsource things to and am training...

Some weeks it seems like 110 - lol.

I bill 15 hours a week. I have three clients all on 20 hour monthly retainers.

You know, it's amazing to me that I've been working as a VA for over a year (14 months or so) and I still put in about 80 hours a week. Good thing I enjoy it. Billable time is only a third of that so far ... still seeking that perfect blend of clients!

I'm only billing about 12.5 consistent hours per week right now.

With my college coursework completed, I am restructuring my time and will be working on my 2009 marketing plans/campaign over the next couple weeks.

I do have two regular monthly meetings I set up and other additional client I'll start with this week, so things are constantly fluctuating. I also have a couple non-VA commitments that take time.
