Hi Everyone,

I am having problems with my outlook 2007, running on window media xp and hoping someone can help.

My emails are not downloading correctly. I just get a box when any pictures or graphs are suppose to be (this also includes people on my safe list).

Can someone help, please!!

Julian,

What have you done so far? Have you closed all applications, restarted the computer and then opened Outlook?

Have you added any new programs recently? Do you have updated virus protection and have you run a bot check and virus scan?

Have you had this problem before?

Janine

Do you have to tell each email that the pictures are ok to show (regardless if they are on the safe list or not)? I have done the same thing, outlook doesn't seem to want to listen I just click on the line that shows up asking if pictures are ok to download.

Shelley,

Not sure if this is helpful but if you go into Tools> Options> Security> Download Pictures you can change the settings to allow for automatic downloads of pictures. It is also here that you can be prompted to OK images when pictures/images come through Outlook, as you state is currently happening now.

I have Norton Security 360. I changed my settings in outlook, but I am not sure what to do next. So far the advice about changing the settings in outlook has work.
