What a great way to get your clients signature without actually being there?

When you email your agreements through EchoSign, the servers automatically and securely take care of making sure the document gets signed and e-mailed right back to you as a PDF.

I would love to get your feedback on this program?

Interesting service Maria - I've never heard of this but was just the other day trying to figure out how to accomplish something like this for a non-client situation. (You have great timing! I think I can use this for what I need....

)

Ok, I just tried the demo and it's really cool. If you do the e-signature, you type in your name and initials and it send both parties a copy with your typed in sig, initials, the time/date and email address. If you want a written sig, they send a pdf that the client prints with a pre-made cover sheet and have the client fax it back to them which generates pdf copies to both parties.

They also store them all for you in your account for easy organizing and access.

I didn't sign up for an account, but it says it's free. It allows you to upload your own documents.

They have a free account which entitles you to 5 signatures per month. Their Pro Plan is $12.95/month.

Very cool!! Thanks to both you and Kim for the further info! I hadn't had a chance to check it out on my own and was so curious. This is a superb option and one I'll be passing on to my clients as well.

EchoSign is a great product it's what I use for my client agreements. And, they really liked it; cuts way down on the time for securing a signature.

EchoSign is the best! You can either upload your own contract for a signature or use one of their templates. They also give both parties a copy of the signed contract. I currently use the free option which lets you sign 5 docs a month. I don't think I've used all of them per month! Still working on those clients....

But I did use it with my volunteer clients and they loved it as well. Very user friendly.
