Nice, thanks for the post. There's a few apps on that list that I hadn't heard of so that's cool. I've been looking for a new accounting program to use, so I'm going to try the open source program suggested there and see how it works.

I know that sometimes even though it's open source doesn't necessarily mean that it's worth it free price tag.

I also like Paint for graphics work - similar to Photoshop but free and there are LOTS of add-ons to be had. I just downloaded one that allows me to curve my text and another one that turns any picture to looking metallic. www.getpaint.net

Lily my daughter uses that site and Gimp. I also like to go to http://www.osalt.com/ when looking for something in particular.

Is there a software product nicely priced that will do client management, invoicing, time tracking, and accounting? I am a fan of the invoice machine but it doesnt do accounting ie: income minus business expenses.....
