We are using the free edition of Zoho CRM (loving it so far). But we changed the tab at the top from leads to Suppliers, so that we can keep track (more of an address book type thing, than a true vendor section) of our own "vendors" FedEx, Network Solutions, etc...

I can't access it through the tab, I can if I look at it through reports, but I am not done adding to it. I have emailed Zoho last night, but no answer yet. Can I rename it leads and get back in?

With renaming it, we also customized some of the fields, would that matter?

I like Zoho because it lets you do so much customizing, even in the free edition, so I am hoping someone has the answer.

Would you recommend Zoho to others? How are you liking it so far?

Yes, I would recommend Zoho CRM. They were fast & very knowledgeable on their system.

So far I like:

• the customization of it
• uploading documents so everything is in one place
• Having a leads, potential, contacts section
• Notes (being able add notes for clients, etc)
• Printable & exportable
