I work using 2 computers for different tasks at different times of the day and I have just found something called dropbox which has really helped me out as it keeps the documents that I’m working on in sync across the different computers I work on. I can leave one computer sit down at the next and the up-to-date version of the document is waiting for me, brilliant. If you work on different computers and need an easy way to keep things together have a look at it.

Sounds like a great tool. I personally have the computers in my home office networked and use double monitors on one computer to work simultaneously between the computers. If you are unable to network your computers this looks to be a great alternative. I have used Dropbox for some time and it is an excellent tool, not to mention FREE! Anne-Marie have you found a way to run two different dropboxes on your computer (one for business and one for your personal life) at the same time, if so could you share how you did it. Or are you using the same dropbox for both?

Yes, Terry please do. I'm just getting into the business and I'm amazed of all the tools that are out there that I've never heard of. I'm often wondering how the accomplished VA's can offer some of their services and I'm learning more and more how different things work.
