Journeyed.com is one and Academic Superstore is another. With any Adobe product you will need to send your proof of education to both the site that you purchase from and an Adobe customer service center (to get the license).
Another great site for discount student software is www.onthehub.com. You need you student email to register so they can verify you are a student, but the prices are great!

I ordered Dreamweaver from Academic Superstore a couple of years ago and only had to supply proof that my child was in school to the. I don't recall having to send anything in to Adobe. But they could have changed their policy since then.
You can also look on Ebay. These are real, not pirated, software packages. Most important is to make sure that they can be upgraded. Sometimes their are limitations on the student versions.
Something that might save you a little is that version 5.5 just came out and you may want to see if any 5.0 versions are available at a lower price. You can see the upgrade details here . It all depends on what you want to do.
