Default Virtual Assistant Manager
This looks amazing at first glance, but quite expensive. Has anyone any experience using it?

I personally would use something like Ace Projects (which is free and web based) or Microsoft Project (it came in my Microsoft bundle) to track a number of projects and VA's.

I personally would not pay a monthly fee for this type of service.

Just my thoughts.

I am actually testing Zoho projects since it interfaces nicely with their CRM. However I did stumble across Mavenlink (www.mavenlink.com), which more closely matches the product mentioned. Mavenlink has some really nice features. However, I'm not up for the monthly fees until I get some regular clients...Laura

This is a nice system to have if you have several clients. I will look into getting it in the future when I have more clients.

I like the functionaility of what they are proposing, but it reminds me of text messaging - we get charged a lot for something that costs the company nothing. They are doing a great job marketing, but how well does it function?

$2 per month for Outlook exporting? Come on...

I might be more willing to pay if their support was more than just email, but even then I have to admit my little red flag of "Run away!" keeps popping up in my mind.

I just did a ton of research for project management software and I would recommend ACE, My Intervals, or My Clients but if you're just starting out and it's just you, there are some nice, free services out there also.

Good luck in your search,

Dawn
