That program is useless. I Googled it and saw a few programs I would like to check out but just wondering if anyone has any recommendations first. Thanks JoCarole, what version of MS Office do you have? Could it be that you have some features turned off? Or could it be that your dictionary (.dic) file is damaged? Is it regular everyday words, or medical (I have a medical spellchecker installed, too), or some other types of words that it's not picking up?
