Find out what your client prefers, I use Microsoft outlook and I use a web caldender from. www.airset.com. Both works beautifully, If my client need constant reminders on the go, I use my airset.com. It sends a reminder to a cell as a text and to their email address. Oh by the way, http://www.airset.com is free.

Hi Vicki:

I also use Outlook, but there is Google Calendar in which your client can sync his/her outlook calendar entries while you manage on the Google calendar online.

Another way is being able to control your client's computer via remote control access such as GoToMyPC.com or LogMeIn.com.

Good luck!

Google calendar also has a feature that lets you "share" calendars. I did not know if you know about it.

I'll also be using Outlook to schedule my client's appointments, but had not heard of Airset. The "constant reminders on the go" sounds like something that'd be invaluable to her! Will check that out as well!

My client uses the Google calendar as well in order for me to schedule her appointments. They just added a "tasks list" to the Google calendar, but I have not found a way for it to remind us of the tasks that are approaching. However, it sounds like www.airset.com just might be our answer. Thanks for the information.

Wow!!! I am really finding some valuable information on VAF. I have only used Outlook in the past, but I certainly will take a look at the "airset.com" site. The reminders sound like a winner. Thanks so much for the info.

I know this is an old thread, however, I was researching the resources regaurding the calendars and found that google now offers e-mail and text messages to remind you of upcoming events or appointments. Airset looks great too though.
