Have any of you used both of them (preferably as an Administrator) for a client and decided which one was better? I know it depends on what business you are in and so forth but I'm trying to decide if Salesforce would not be cheaper in the end because with MS Dynamics you end up having to add other programs (cloud based) like Sharepoint to do certain things, that you have to purchase first and with Salesforce it's already included in the monthly user price. I've been working with SF for the last 6 months but not in a full capacity but now my client (who never really went into SF to work with it, to understand how it works and what it can do) wants to switch to MD Dynamics because he thinks it might be better for us. Kinda driving me nuts.....
Any feedback you can give me on both, comparable if possible, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
