Default Outlook with Business Contact Manager
Does anyone use this?

It looks like it could be a good CRM. It covers contact management, sales leads, marketing, project/task management.

Since it's MS it's fully integrated and if you use microsoft accounting it will even data dump for invoices, etc.

It's $149 but when you look at a lot of the SaaS CRM systems they're $15/month so this would pay for itself in 10 months and probably be easier to use.

No, I use QuickBooks Pro for my accounting. No matter what you choose, you're better off paying a one-time fee for a program than a monthly fee. Monthly fees seem convenient but in the long run they are a rip-off.

$149 isn't bad, but before you pay it, you might check out ebay for Office Pro, it will come with Contact Manager. You might be able to get the whole program for about $200 on ebay.

I already have Enterprise. I'm looking into options. I have friends as Microsoft.

I have Outlook with Business Contact Manager. I have not used it to it's full capacity, but I like it so far. I like that you can track projects, opportunities and communications in one place.

I've started using it more but I need to get a book or something on it so I can really learn to use it well.
