Hey Everybody,

I would like to get everyone's opinion on what "online scheduling" software you feel works best for you and your clients? As well as most cost effective. I have a client that wants real time updates to the schedule, not just by email notifications. Boy oh boy there are so many to choose from.

Also, I have a client who would like to switch from their answering service to allow for me to take their calls, do you offer Virtual Answering Services, if so what are the programs you find work best for this as well?

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide me, the Internet provides so much information, but good grief which one is best?!

how about gcalendar from google you can share the calendar and have real time updates also there is also an app were you can install on a android phone, palm, iphone and set-it to update to every 5 min (this might help for your client)

Tungle is a great calendar service and it will sync with Outlook, Google and smartphones. There are some threads here on this topic and I believe this was mentioned in a few of them.

I do not offer answering services so cannot help you on that one. I do use Google voice which allows you to forward calls to any phone so that may help if they do not have a designated number.

Thank you both for your response, I do already use the gcalendar too. I find it very handy, a new PC was not familiar with it though and wanted other options.
