No, I didn't take a class, Roy, I learned it by trial and error, so tinkering with it was the way I went.

To me, it wasn't that hard to learn. Our reseller for our accounting program (MAS90 at the time, which came bundled with CR) wanted to know how I learned it and then wanted me to teach classes on it (too much on my plate so I couldn't). I don't consider myself a "programmer" per se, but it does help to have some knowledge as to how databases work and where to "grab" the data from in the tables. MAS90's tables are not user-named friendly, so that was quite fun to figure out. Plus, there were hundreds of tables!
I love CR! Have fun if you buy the program!
