I LOVE Google's calendar - it's been a great time saver for me and helps me manage my own personal/family schedule, my business/work schedule and I can sync with client's as needed. I know it's a pretty standard feature in most calendar services, but I love being able to set the frequency of email reminders - those help me keep track of the million things going on each day. Thanks Tess for the info on Google's calendar service. I think that may be the best and easiest scenario for my client and I. Have you, or anyone else in this group, had any experience with syncing through Outlook? Long time ago I heard it could be done, but have not had the opportunity to put it to practical use. Michelle, You can sync Google calendar and Microsoft Outlook by downloading the Google Calendar Sync application. I have Outlook and have considered using it with Google- I am glad to know you can. I have Tungle for scheduling meetings- but it makes someone choose 2 meeting times...it is nice to not have to worry about which calendar someone is on to send a request/reminder to their email. __________________

I love everything Google - can't get anything better for the price (free). You can sync Outlook and Google. If you use YouTube tutorials, you will find a tutorial on how to do this. You can also share a Google calendar with your client. This is all great info - Google is great and the sync feature will be perfect. Thank you everyone for your comments. Looking more at Keepandshare.com, I think it still has a good place for utilizing it in creating customized calendars for websites and marketing materials. Has a great user interface too.
