Default Has anyone purchased the new Adobe suite?
and if so, was it a worthy investment? I should state that I do very basic marketing for small businesses, but have had great success with online services. Wondering if it's a good investment now when I am still a start up?

I only have Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements and have found them both to immensely helpful. I also have MS Publisher that I use in conjunction with Photoshop. I think Dreamweaver will be be my next stop when I have the money.

I don't know that I have a need for the entire suite, but I know others on here use many of the adobe products...hopefully, they'll chime in here. Also, check out this thread for some websites where you might be able to get an academic discount if you are in school or have a child in school.

I have the new Adobe CS3 Suite of products and yes I definitly think it's worth it. However, if your not doing heavy graphics, web or video/audio services then I think there are alternatives out there that will do the job.

For alot less money. If your just starting out, don't buy it wait till you know where your business is going. I have used the product for so long it's just what I know and it is the best. I didn't want to learn anything else, even for less money.

I just like Adobe/Macromedia!
