Hi all, Just wanted to share a tool that we use frequently in my "day job". I think this is something that could possibly be offered as a service to your clients, and you could survey your clients as well. It's called SurveyMonkey and you can actually try it for free. We have the unlimited membership which is $200 a year (well worth it for what we use it for), but they have a cheaper one. It is SO cool, because you can totally customize it to meet your needs and it has skip logic too (if you answer X, then you go to a different question than if you answer Y). I could probably send out a link to a "live" survey if anyone was interested (just PM me). Not promoting a certain company, just this one has proven useful to us and I could see its applications elsewhere.

Sounds cool - I actually looked at their site while researching possible survey options for a client - we ended up going with a free, no frills version (but at least design-customizable) and for what she needed it for it'll be fine, but Survey Monkey DOES have loads of cool features!
