I have a client that uses Google Sites for team and content management. Their entire team both in-house and virtual have access to it and use it, including myself as their social media assistant. So far, it looks like it can be a pretty useful tool. You can create different pages and add comments or files to each page. This seems like a good tool to be able to use in conjunction with Google Calendar and Google Docs.

Hi Kimberly,

Thanks for your feedback, I will certainly consider looking into google sites. I have seen a posts on client management systems, I am also looking into OfficeZilla and Airset, do you know of any other besides these and the ones mentioned on the posts?

I would recommend checking out BaseCamp by 37 signals and also Client Spot. I've worked with both of those but prefer BaseCamp. One I'll be checking out soon will be My Virtual Business Office (www.myvbo.com) so you might take a look at what that offers as well. The nice thing about Basecamp and ClientSpot (just like Google Sites) is that you can share access with your client and they can also use it to help manage tasks and projects you are working on for them.

I prefer and recommend BaseCamp to ppl that I talk to. I just love it. And I use Freshbooks for my invoicing and it integrates well with it. My clients can log in and see where I am with their stuff and can create new projects for me to do.

Thanks Ladies,

I will check out basecamp and myvbo.com. Freshbooks seems like a great option for invoice management, I like the fact that clients can log in and see their account.
