Outlook drives me batty, I (admittedly) gave up on trying to coordinate anything there. I love Outlook Express for email though (especially with 15 different business and personal email addresses..nothing beats it for organizing )!

I use Outlook for everything as it syncs so well with my HTC P4000 (my cell / PDA) but I have used Google Calendar for clients.

I use to use MSN, because it came with my email, but I have recently switched to Google because it has more features. I like the fact that I can add more than one user to it and use color codes and it all shows up on one calendar. It makes it easier to prioritize. I have my business appts in blue and my personal in pink. I can tell just by looking at the calendar and seeing what color it's in what it is for.

I also use google bookmarks now so that I can access them wherever I'm at. I use to just save them to my IE favorites on my computer, but the problem with that was that I have more than one computer.

I don't know why I never used google before, it has made my life so much simpler. I use iGoogle too so I can access my docs, groups, calendar, etc. all from one window. I love it.

Re: Google Calendar
I love my Google calendars! Like Lyndsay, I use my calendar for multiple people. I use one for myself, one for my kids and others for my clients. The cool thing is you can stack the calendars on top of each other so you can see everything happening or you can select which calendars to view but it's all from one account. You can also share the calendar so others can view and edit it.

I have a different calendar for different people - my personal/work calendar, my kid's activities and events calendars and then some of my clients calendars. I can edit them for my client and I use the text message reminder for my very forgetful client. You can set the reminder to send you an email, a pop up or a text. It's pretty cool!

My client told me yesterday that when I create an event, it shows up on her calendar two hours behind the time that I created it for. (She is Pacific and I'm Central time) The default time zone of the calendar is set to her time zone so I didn't think it would change the time just because I created it. Can anyone offer me a suggestion on how to fix this?

hmmm... I had that same issue with my client in EST and me being in PST. I had to go into her account and set it to EST and make sure mine was set at PST.

I'm curious about this too. I know you can use the schedule a meeting function really well. If anyone has a tutorial on how to share calendars that would be great for Outlook. I read on line and added the "share calendar" icon to my tool bar, however it says I don't have the feature. I wonder if I have to download a program for this?

Thanks
