I may have put this in here before, but I have got a lot of of this online appointment scheudling the website is www.genbook.com and the basic usage is free it is a powerful online appointment scheduling for your small business.

So far, Genbooks has been the best out there. I have been researching and most of them require clients to log in and I think that might be a turn to some clients. Genbooks does not require clients to log in in order to book appointments. Downside, their free version does sync with outlook or any other type of calendar. In order to have this feature you have to upgrade to the paying plan. If you think your clients will not mind signing in everytime they need to book and appointment, take a lookat these sites: www.clickbook.com and www.scheduly.com. These might be a good alternative.

Very cool, will have to check that out! I've been using TimeDriver which is okay, but it's burned me a few times when I've changed my availability and it didn't take. Not fun to have to go to clients (and potential clients!) to explain that there was an error with the software and you're not actually available at that time! Irritating for everyone involved, let me tell you!

I use Genbook...actually I use the next level up from the free. I love it...I have used it for about 6 months and I love that it lets you confirm or reshedule the appt.
