I stumbled onto a free resource for planning travel and coordinating itineraries. TripIt

In my "corporate career", my boss traveled probably 80% of the time. My number one frustration was to quickly combine all the various travel reservations, maps and information into something easy to handle, forward and archive. This looks like it will accomplish a lot of things I wanted then.

I currently do not have clients that I make travel arrangements for but perhaps someone with traveling clients will give it a whirl.
