Honestly, what I like most about batchbook is the aesthetics. Office Zilla never appealed to me visually, which made it hard for me to want to use consistently. Batchbook is very user friendly and simple in a streamlined way, not a limited way. It's free for up to 200 contacts, I believe.

Thanks! The baby blue account which is the free won't meet my client'  s personal needs, I think that if she want it to do all -she is going to have spend some money to get all !!

Oh wow....thanks for all the info on this. I am looking for an inexpensive option here.
I do have a question though. Are these sites what you would call a client management program like ClientSpot or is this something totally different?

I have been playing with a beta software called Gist and I love it. You can put in ALL the information you know about a client......or PC and it keeps everything together....I LOVE IT.

Has anyone tried to use Google's calendar and docs sharing? I've heard that it syncs well with outlook. I'm interested in trying the Officezilla, looks great.
