I need the following features in one software to keep all events organized: Calendar Event Setup Contacts Registration Travel Budget Finance Booths I found a software online that has all of the listed features, but the cost is $4000.00. You might want to also check Office Depot for those CD software they have that are like 3 for $20. They might have something useful.

I think I ended up downloading and tweaking a database template from Microsoft Access. It's probably even cheaper to have someone create a custom database in Access than to purchase an expensive event management program. There is a guy at www.etsy.com that creates customized Access databases VERY cheaply. If you'd like, I can find his info.
