ScreenVirtuoso Professional was recommended to me by another VA. I haven't had a chance
to actually test it out as of yet but as far as I can see it looks pretty user friendly.

I use Camtasia for my video screencasting. It's a little spendy but they let you download and try it for free. It's one of the top in the industry for screencasting.
I use Camtasia as well. Another free one made by Techsmith (the makers of Camtasia) is Jing Project (http://www.techsmith.com/jing/). The only con is that you have a 5 minute limit for recording with Jing.
i think the microsoft expression encoder is quite good for screen capture (of course, it's free version of me to use). Pro are HD quality.
Cons, the screen capture time is limited to 10 minutes. Thanks
