Hi Alise, ScreenVirtuoso Professional was recommended to me by another VA. I haven't had a chance to actually test it out as of yet but as far as I can see it looks pretty user friendly. Another free one made by Techsmith (the makers of Camtasia) is Jing Project (http://www.techsmith.com/jing/). Camtasia and Jing from Techsmith are highly recommended. There's another free one called Camstudio but I believe you cannot edit it out. But for speedy 5 minute screencasting videos, Jing is highly recommended and is free.. can be hosted on screencast.com too!

Pro are HD quality. Cons, the screen capture time is limited to 10 minutes. Thanks
